1. Overview
The NLSSM Therapist Directory is an online, publicly accessible platform designed to promote graduates of North London School of Sports Massage Ltd (“NLSSM”). By purchasing a directory listing, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility
The directory is exclusively available to individuals who have successfully completed a qualification with NLSSM. NLSSM reserves the right to verify graduate status before approving any listing. Refunds will not be issued to individuals who purchase a subscription but are found to be ineligible (for example, if they are not an NLSSM graduate or are unable to agree to these Terms & Conditions).

3. Subscription & Fees
The annual subscription fee for a directory listing is £24.99 per year.
Payment must be made in full prior to your listing being submitted for review.
Where a free trial is offered, your payment method will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period unless cancelled in advance.

4. Listing Approval
All listings are subject to approval by the NLSSM team prior to publication.
Approval may take up to 3 working days.
NLSSM reserves the right to refuse, amend, or remove any listing at its discretion, particularly where information is deemed inaccurate, inappropriate, or misleading.

5. Listing Content & Accuracy
By submitting a listing, you agree that:
All information provided is accurate, current, and not misleading.
You are responsible for keeping your listing up to date.
NLSSM is not responsible for verifying the ongoing accuracy of your information after publication.

6. Cancellation & Billing
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation, your listing will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period.

7. Independent Practitioner Status
All therapists listed operate independently. Inclusion in the directory does not create any form of employment, partnership, endorsement, or supervisory relationship with NLSSM.

8. Limitation of Liability
NLSSM accepts no responsibility or liability for:
The services, treatments, or advice provided by therapists listed in the directory
Any loss, damage, or injury arising from engagement with a listed therapist

9. Amendments to Terms
NLSSM reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the directory constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Directory Data Consent Statement

By submitting your details for inclusion in the NLSSM Therapist Directory, you consent to North London School of Sports Massage Ltd collecting, storing, and publishing the personal and professional information you provide for the purpose of operating and maintaining the public therapist directory.

Your information will be displayed publicly on the NLSSM website and may be accessed by members of the public. NLSSM will process your data in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

You may request correction, amendment, or removal of your listing at any time by contacting NLSSM in writing. Removal requests will be actioned within a reasonable timeframe.
