Completed the 1 day introduction course at the weekend. The quality of this course cannot be underestimated and the amount of hands on time was great, giving us a great insight into what the diploma has to offer.

From start to finish, the course has been fun, enjoyable, challenging and incredibly rewarding. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and their passion for Sports Massage and Remedial Therapy is infectious! The support throughout has been exceptional, with help always to hand if needed. The NLSSM instructors create a very relaxed, open and cohesive environment with each session being an absolute pleasure to attend. The course I attended happened to fall throughout the pandemic and credit is due to the NLSSM for steering my class throughout these unprecedented times, ensuring constant communication and clarity throughout.

I’ve just completed the one day introductory massage course and was very impressed by the set up and tutelage, so much so that I’ve decided to carry on to the level 5 diploma.
I started my course during lockdown and NLSSM made the course via zoom so enjoyable and professional even though we had never met each other.

I started studying at NLSSM in 2019. The course and classes were engaging, exceptional, challenging and fun and has given me the confidence to be a competent therapist. All the tutors were excellent and the teaching was high quality, with different methods of teaching, throughout the course. I could not recommend it more.

I’ve trained at a number of schools for my various qualifications, culminating most recently in my Level 5 in Sports Massage & Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy. I researched other training providers but chose NLSSM as it seemed the most professional in its approach and publicly has the most active and supportive graduate community, which was important to me as whilst training is essential having a go to group when working is more so.
The course started well and then Covid arrived! But the NLSSM team got to grips with the situation quickly, and despite all the challenges I completed my training only a month or so later than originally anticipated. The tutors were knowledgeable, and happy to share more than just topics from the curriculum, keeping the subject matter relevant to the real world. The shift to online learning was very well managed, and in fact some of it I hope will be kept as I feel it really added to the depth of learning that I enjoyed.
Students ranged from the young to the old, some with no experience and some with years of experience, but the pace was well set and the disparity of knowledge well handled. Having now graduated I have made some lifelong friends from the course, and am enjoying the community of NLSSM graduates spread nationwide and further afield. I’d be happy to speak to anyone considering doing this course to answer any questions and assuage any doubts they might have, as this was the best training school I have attended.
