Okey Eze

Okey is a Level 5 Soft Tissue and Rehabilitation Therapist who originally trained at NLSSM. At Move With Eze, he offers soft tissue therapy, sports and remedial massage, injury rehabilitation, movement training and trauma-informed somatic therapy. His whole-body approach combines hands-on treatment, movement assessment and nervous system regulation to help people understand the root cause of persistent pain, recover from injury and move with greater confidence. Clinics are based in London and Bedford.
