Claudia is a sports and soft tissue massage therapist, yoga teacher, and movement practitioner whose work is rooted in trauma-sensitive, embodied care. They began their journey in theatre before gravitating toward holistic movement practices, a path that now weaves together yoga, breathwork, and hands-on therapeutic touch.
Specialising in trauma-sensitive approaches, Claudia is passionate about creating massage experiences that support nervous system regulation, restore a sense of safety, and empower clients to reclaim autonomy over their bodies.
