Hi, I’m Stel, founder of Kinesis Performance and a qualified Level 5 Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapist based in Welwyn Garden City.

My approach is assessment-led and tailored to the person in front of me—whether you’re preparing for an event, managing the demands of training and work, or simply looking to move more comfortably. My experience ranges from supporting first-team footballers during a placement with QPR to treating elite athletes and professional ballet dancers performing at the Royal Opera House.

As a lifelong endurance athlete and 10-time IRONMAN finisher, I understand first-hand the demands that training, competition and an active lifestyle can place on the body. I bring that insight to every appointment, combining thoughtful assessment, hands-on treatment and practical advice to support movement, recovery and performance.
