Laura Phillips – LJ Sports Therapy

Having undertaken a BSc Sports and Exercise science degree in 2012 and volunteering at the London 2012 Olympics, Laura decided to pursue a career in Sports and Remedial Massage. Completing a short course in 2012, she then went on to train at NLSSM in 2015.

Since then Laura has worked in both elite and amateur sports, clinic and office environments, event work, supporting adults with additional needs and those who need help managing the stress and strains of everyday life and fitness. She is also Burrell education trained in Pregnancy Massage.

Laura is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves, whether that is overcoming an injury, de-stressing, improving their sporting performance, nailing that latest pb, or managing pregnancy and postpartum with confidence.

She can currently be found working alongside physiotherapists in London, or working privately with homevisits on the london/surrey border. Laura is also available to support corporate wellness days throughout London/Surrey and provide event massage services.
