In her previous life Monika was a City analyst, but having experienced the "fast lane", she opted for a healthier and a more fulfilling life-style.

Monika works in a network of osteopaths, GPs, acupuncturists and corrective exercise trainers. She believes passionately in bringing sports massage together with other sports and health professionals in order to achieve the best outcome for her clients.

In her private practice Monika works from clinics in Central London and in the City (www.aegistraining.co.uk). She also practices from a GP surgery in Islington in the first of its kind project offering remedial massage therapy within the NHS framework. In addition, she is also a senior lecturer and tutor in the North London School of Sports Massage. In her practices she works with athletes (e.g. car racers, marathon and ultra runners) and dancers, as well as many run-down and injured office workers (whose very fate she had escaped!).

Her love of dance has taken her on stage, but she never made it to a high-kicking Chicago chorus... she regrets it to this day... She enjoys cycling, running and, being born and bred in the mountains, hiking is one of her favourite ways of spending a holiday!
