Kirstie Cousins
Senior Lecturer/Tutor
![]() |
Kirstie became interested in bodywork after receiving treatment for various injuries picked up through triathlon and kick boxing. After initially completing a therapeutic massage course at London College of Massage, she came across sports massage, trigger point therapy and MET while studying in Arizona. Impressed by the effectiveness of these techniques and wanting to learn more, she completed the LSSM diploma and Remedial Massage Course. Having become an anatomy geek, she is now part way through an osteopathy degree at the British School of Osteopathy. She has a busy practice in East London treating mainly triathletes, cyclists and runners, as well as non-sporting injuries. She also works in Chelsea and at a Spanish detox retreat. In her (now very limited) free time she still competes in the occasional half ironman, rides her motorbike and travels in search of sun and good dive sites. |
