Chris Salvary
Senior Lecturer & Tutor
![]() |
In her previous life Chris was a librarian, working in further education colleges for 15 years until a midlife career crisis led her to discover sports massage! She graduated from the LSSM in 1992 and has now built up a thriving practice at home in Potters Bar and in the City of London. She has worked with a number of sportspeople with disabilities and has travelled widely with them to international competitions, culminating in her role as sports massage practitioner with the GB Paralympic athletics team at three Paralympic Games: Atlanta 1996, Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004. When she's not massaging people she can usually be found stroking her tabby cats, running around Trent Park or sprinting around the track in Enfield, or just dreaming of getting away from it all and living on a Greek island. |
