Bruce originally qualified and worked as an outdoor pursuits instructor in Snowdonia, North Wales. He then moved to London to study Sports Science and develop a career in the fitness industry.

After initially completing basic massage and sports massage courses he began to combine hands on therapy with exercise prescription and personal training. Impressed by the versatility and effectiveness of Sports Massage he progressed to qualify with the LSSM and dedicate more and more time to his massage practice. Bruce now specialises in remedial massage therapy and functional exercise training.

He is committed to developing his own practice and integrating his work with that of other therapies. In particular he works with physiotherapists and corrective exercise trainers at clinics in the City and Docklands.

Bruce has always been involved with sport both as competitor and trainer/therapist, with competitive experience in Rock Climbing Triathlon and Distance Running.
