Andy spent many years teaching English to Foreign Students both on the Continent and in the UK before deciding that he needed a fresh challenge. A chance encounter with a team of massage therapists in a gym and far too many bumps, bruises, aches & pains got the ball rolling. After graduating from the London School of Sports Massage, he went on to qualify as an Osteopath & Naturopath.

He works at the very successful Light Practice (www.lightpractice.co.uk) in Belgravia (London) & St. Albans, has his own practice and occasionally works in other clinics, as and when required.

In his other life, Andy was a competitive kick-boxer, has dabbled in athletics and is a successful musician, having for many years played regularly in both mainland Europe and Britain on TV, radio, festivals and gigs with various artists but mainly the Ian Siegal Band (www.iansiegal.com).

Combining these diverse life-styles is not always easy and the on-going sleep deprivation accounts for a lot of the 'humour' in his classes and quizzes.
