This course is designed for therapists already qualified in Sport, Remedial, Holistic and/or Swedish Massage. It will improve, extend or add on a new skill to your growing repetoire of techniques. STR is a combination of movement and manipulation by locking into the relevant tissues, while simultaneously stretching fascial and/or muscle fibres. It is used to relieve chronic tissue congestion, breaking down adhesions and scar tissue. It's intention is to improve the elasticity and increase the length of the muscle. It has all the traditional benefits of massage and can be use in a multitude of settings.

This course is suitable for those who have an advanced background in functional anatomy and are experienced therapists.
